Offering nudge-tips
To get motivated to do voice work 1 & 2.
- Please gather two likeminded friends to get them to join you to do voice work.
- Set aside a day and time and a calm place where you can be free and undisturbed for 2 hours.
- Work together and do step 1 and then share your reflections, and emerging patterns with each other and also enable each other to see what they may not notice.
- Then move on to step 2 and individually complete it in silence reflect on the emerged diagram of voice and roles/relationships and write ‘notes to yourself’ and share.
- Write and share the final practice guide with each other.
- To sustain the practice, do a contract to be accountable to each other and share success, results and challenges with each other periodically.
- When you meet online or in person, celebrate your work and have fun and enjoy.
- Your buddy group/sangha for inner work is ready…. For continuous work as you wish.
